What does this course involve?

The business and enterprise course will include studying various units including business and economic environment, setting up your own small business, finance and marketing, entrepreneurship and law. You will also take part in an extended research project and develop essay, communication and presentation skills. You will also have the opportunity to visit local university’s to sample lectures and seminars, as well as work alongside PhD students.


What qualifications do I need?

You will need a good standard of English to enable successful completion of the written assignments, and the Programme also relies on you having an awareness of current political and business issues. You must be prepared to commit to the course and work privately researching topics, preparing assignments and working with others to produce group work. You will also be required to attend an interview to assess suitability.


A range of assessment methods are used including written work, role plays, group work, presentations, individual discussions and timed assessments.
