GCSEs – what’s next? This decision can be just as big for you as it is for your son or daughter. Feel free to talk to us or come along to our next Open Day.
So what happens after GCSEs? School isn’t for everyone and the Rise in the Participation Age (RPA) offers an opportunity to explore the most suitable post-16 options available.
Young people now have to stay on in education until they are 17 (rising to 18 in 2015).
But they can still leave school at 16 and could choose to study at East Kent College to pursue professional, vocational and technical skills and training pathways that are focused on career opportunities.
Parents and guardians of existing students can now view their progress using our Pro-Portal webportal.
